At Giant Sculptures, we take immense pride in our artisanal craftsmanship. Each sculpture is intricately designed and handcrafted, ensuring you receive a unique piece of art. This Warranty & Guarantee policy is a testament to our commitment to quality and the trust we place in our craftsmanship.

1. Product Warranty

Duration: All Giant Sculptures come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, neglect, or alterations made by the buyer.
  
• Natural wear and tear or aging of materials.
  
• Damage caused by improper storage, maintenance, or handling.
  
• Products that have been used for purposes other than intended.
• Products that have been used or kept outdoors.
• Minor imperfections and unique design from the handcrafted nature.
• Products that are slightly different from website images. All products are handmade and will not be exactly as presented in the images.

2. Lifetime Guarantee

2.1 Giant Sculpture goods are engineered & manufactured to exacting standards. We rigorously test everything we sell to ensure we are bringing you the best quality Goods, guaranteed to last. We are so confident in the quality of Lusso Goods that we offer a Lifetime Guarantee as standard on many of our products.

2.2 Our Lifetime Guarantee is intended to cover the reasonably anticipated lifespan of Goods and applies to the original purchaser and the original installation address only. The guarantee is non-transferable.

2.3 In the unlikely event the Goods fail within the guarantee period, we offer a free replacement or replacement part (or nearest equivalent). Liability is limited to individual Goods and does not cover consequential loss or damage on installation.

2.4 The guarantee does not cover damage during fitting, accidental or malicious damage, improper use, general wear and tear, damage due to poor installation, or consequential loss.

2.5 We require the original proof of purchase to be provided for us to be able to consider any claim, so please keep your invoice and/or receipt.

2.6 We will replace at our discretion, in part or whole, Goods that are defective. If the Goods are no longer available, we will endeavor to provide suitable alternative Goods.

2.7 All Goods must be installed in accordance with the instructions provided by qualified professionals and in accordance with local water bylaws. Failure to follow the correct fitting will void the guarantee.

2.8 We must be given the opportunity to inspect the Goods, which may be on-site if we request to do so. The Goods should not be removed or destroyed before inspection without our consent.

2.9 If an investigation reveals that the fault is not due to a manufacturing or materials defect a callout charge may be applied.

2.10 Where we are satisfied that a defect has arisen because of faulty manufacturing or materials we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the Goods free of charge to you. If we choose to replace Goods that are no longer available we will replace them with suitable alternative Goods.

2.11 This guarantee does not cover damage and or malfunction caused by inappropriate cleaning and only cleaning products recommended should be used.

2.12 Limescale build-up, corrosion, mold and mildew buildup, and associated issues are not covered under this guarantee.

2.13 The guarantee only covers the products and/or any spare parts needed to rectify any issues. Giant Sculptures cannot be held liable for any reinstallation or fitting costs relating to the replacing of any spare part or replaced product.

3. Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim:

Contact our customer service team within the warranty period timeframe.

Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Our team will guide you through the process, which may involve returning the product for inspection.

Note: Return shipping costs for warranty claims will be borne by the customer. If the claim is upheld, shipping costs will be refunded.

4. Exclusion of Other Warranties

Except for the express warranties provided herein, Giant Sculptures (Craftco Ltd) disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Governing Law

This warranty and guarantee policy will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
