At Giant Sculptures, we strive to offer top-quality products and hope you love what you've ordered. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, our return and refund policy will assist you.
1. Returns Period
1.1 Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. Return Conditions:
2.1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or damage, and in the original package and condition that you received it.
2.2. If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
2.3. Please note, items marked as on promotion or sale cannot be returned.
2.4. Bespoke or made to order items cannot be returned.
2.5. Returns that are approved are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
3. Return Instructions:
3.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at sales@giant-sculptures.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for return. They will provide you with a return address and further guidance.
3.2. You are responsible for packaging the return product safely and securely.
4. Shipping Returns:
4.1. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
4.2. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
5. Refunds:
5.1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
5.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
5.3. Please note, original shipping costs are not refundable.
6. Faulty or Damaged Products:
6.1. In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged or faulty item, you must notify us within 36 hours of the delivery of goods.
7. Exchanges:
7.1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
7.2. You must follow the standard returns process.
8. Delays in Receiving Refunds:
8.1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted
